Hi, my name is Kristina.

I love working with people who are on a path of transformation, personally and/or professionally. Seeing the greatness in each person, being it a child, an adult, a student or a company’s leader, gives me an opportunity to fulfill my life purpose – being a Life Coach.

My own transformation started in 2010, when I went through a very challenging sequence of life events, trying to find my own path in my private life and career. Helen Lee, the Founder & Principal Coach of Lee Heiss Coaching, turned my life around, enabling me to discover my true values and essence of life. I am very grateful for my significant achievements during these transformational years: finding my life partner, creating a happy family with wonderful children, finding my life purpose and starting a professional path as a Life Coach. Now, being an Associate Coach of Helen Lee, my mentor, I continue my devotion to my own transformation to an even deeper level, in order to be able to help the transformation of my clients.

Being a Life Coach is my life’s calling and a stark contrast to my financial background. I have a Masters Degree in International Finance and a PhD in Economics and Finance. Having had more than 10 fulfilling years of working experience in banking and big corporates, I have embarked on further training with Helen to be able to bring Helen’s special brand of ontological coaching to the corporate world as well, thus combining my previous corporate background with my passion and calling.

Born in Russia, I currently live in the Netherlands with my husband and three children. I speak fluent English, Russian & Dutch.

In coaching my clients, I experience a lot of fulfilment and satisfaction from seeing people transform themselves, leave old patterns and behaviour, and create a new way of living a conscious, happy and successful life with ease, grace, love and joy. I am here to serve you on this beautiful journey.
